He is also the sole director and shareholder of Master Year Limited (since 2012) and the Chairman of Privado Holdings, Corp (since 2010). He was formerly the Chairman of Liberty Telecoms Holdings Inc. (2008-2016); President and Chief Operating Officer of PAL Holdings, Inc. (2012-2014) and Philippine Airlines, Inc. (2012-2014); Vice Chairman and Director of Manila Electric Company (2009-2014); and Director of Air Philippines Corporation (2012-2014). Mr. Ang holds directorships in various subsidiaries of San Miguel Corporation. He holds a degree in B.S. Mechanical Engineering from the Far Eastern University.
